What can you expect when you come to Facility Matrix L.L.C.?

Our process has been developed to allow the customer full interaction on their projects without the burden of the construction process. By applying our education and experience we analyze your business operation to determine functional relationships that exist in your operation which are crucial to your efficiency. We then take this information and develop a package that is sent out for proposals to qualified architects and financial institutions. Upon receiving these proposals, we then analyze these proposals to select the architect as well as the "short list" for financial institutions. We then move into our development stage where we prepare drawings, make final site selections, secure financing as well as bring our contractor on board. By developing a team in the development phase, we are able to bring much of the information together quickly and engineer the project to meet the needs of the organization as well as determining methods to reduce our timeline, budget and increase our efficiencies.

Throughout the construction phase, Facility Matrix continues to oversee the project and reports to the customer on a regular basis on items such as the overall progress, budget and timeline. These meetings are scheduled to meet with the customers needs to allow you to operate your business without interruption.

After construction is complete, Facility Matrix continues to be there to assist in the setup and movein phase of the project because the project is not complete until you are up and running in your new space. We also offer facility management services which include the management of external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, snow plowing, etc.)

Site Description
Ludington
Contracted through BCI Construction, Facility Matrix has been contracted to provide the project management on this 6.5 acre condominium and marina project in Ludington, MI. The first of the three phases is currently scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2009 The attached photographs show the project site as well as some preliminary schematics.

This 1,600 square foot space is located at 101 S. James Street in downtown Ludington. Converted From a abandoned retail sales space, this new sales office was completely renovated in just 11 weeks. Contracted through BCI Construction Facility Matrix provided project management as well as on site supervision for this project. Designed by Visbeen & Associates and Furnished by Athena X Design, this sales office displays the finishes that are slated for the future condo project. Siemens

While working with Rapistan Systems, which later became SIEMENS Dematic, our project staff provided the management for the redevelopment of many properties which included 4147 Eastern Ave. and 425 Plymouth. These renovations incorporated total demolition, down to sub-structure and rebuilding. 4147 was completed while housing 250 working employees and 425 was developed to meet the highest level of technological demands.

Coming in at the end of this project, our staff was able to resurrect this failing project. When this was taken over, the project was several months behind schedule and the quality was very poor but through the utilization of proven techniques the project was able to be brought back into line and quality was brought up to standards. Burnsville This 50,000 square foot surgical center located in Burnsville, MN was completed in 7 months from the breaking of the ground to the grand opening. While this project encountered many setbacks the project team was able to bring in the project on schedule and within budget. Supporting three large surgical rooms, patient recovery, exam rooms, physical therapy and its' own MRI area, this facility has been built to meet the needs of this community for years to come.
